Welcome to this package on Quality Assurance in the Paper and Board mill. The package is designed to help you learn about the concepts and methods of quality assurance and to become familiar with the techniques of problem solving. It will also give you practise at answering questions. You will need a pen or pencil and a calculator with you whenever you study!
